Our price is fixed and remains the same from June 1 through April 30. We estimate your usage and you make one lump sum payment when you sign your contract.
With this plan, you will never pay more than the Cap price through the contract period and you are protected if the price goes down. This plan allows you to divide your total payments over 11 months. The monthly payment amount will also include a Downside Protection Insurance Premium Fee.
By contracting for Price Protection with automatic delivery, you will be assured of delivery in the event of a shortage or crisis, because our suppliers guarantee our supply when we lock in our orders with them.

- Our Energy Conservation Specialists are trained "green collar" experts. They consider all the ways you use energy in your home. Energy efficiency is about your whole house. Our goal is to delivery the greatest amount of energy in the most efficient manner while using the least amount of fuel possible.
- Our fully trained service technicians have over 200 years of experience combined - in fact, most of them hold their Master Burner license. Our staff is also well trained. Although not required by any state agency, we believe in bolstering our on-the-job experience with outside training. Our technicians frequently attend additional training courses to keep current with new technologies and trends.
Enhancing your energy efficiency may help you reduce your annual fuel bill by 5%. When your heating system is running at peak efficiency, it burns less fuel. We recommend scheduling an annual checkup with one of our professional technicians. When completed, you'll receive an 8-point checklist indicating the result of our review and recommendations.
Save money and protect your heating system with our service contracts.
Our Basic Contract includes the Annual Maintenance visit, plus it covers the labor charges during regular working hours on a list of approximately 28 parts if your heating system malfunctions. Please call for the list of specific parts.
You'll feel more secure knowing you're protected around the clock, 365 days a year. This plan includes an annual cleaning/tune-up and efficiency test, which will be performed once a year by one of our licensed service technicians. Contract covers labor on specific parts. Please call for details.
Our "peace of mind protection" includes everything in the Basic and Cuddly Comfort plans (one Annual Maintenance, Tune-up, Efficiency Test) plus parts and the labor charge to replace them according to the Parts and Parts+ lists (call for specific lists) at anytime of the day or night.
Our Contract Customers can also protect their Water Heater and Oil Tank.
Service contract customers can also contract for our Water Heater Plan that includes an Annual Cleaning and tune-up on separately fired oil hot water heater.
Heating oil tanks typically corrode from the inside out. Your tank may look perfectly fine from the outside but it could be wearing excessively thin. The testing (similar to a medical ultrasound) will allow our trained technicians to give you a sense of security and plenty of advanced warning if a problem is on the horizon.
Our TankSure® program is endorsed by the insurance industry so you may be eligible for discounts on your homeowner's insurance. It also includes up to $1,000 toward replacement of your tank if that is deemed necessary.
